4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. ANADEY is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Seller Obligations

Sellers must list products accurately, fulfil orders promptly, and comply with all applicable laws. ANADEY reserves the right to suspend seller accounts for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ANADEY platform is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ANADEY acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not liable for the quality of products sold by third-party sellers, though we provide buyer protection for eligible purchases.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
