Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item, however, in some cases the full cycle may take longer:

• 5–10 business days for transit
• 3–5 business days for processing at the returns facility
• 5–10 business days for the bank to process the refund

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in Australia and internationally. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Estimated delivery is 3–10 business days depending on your location.

All shipments are marked as "Authority to Leave" by default. If you'd like to change this, please contact us with your order number.
